Public comments
whilst living in Omata I was privileged to receive numerous local accounts of life long Omata residents with such incredible and passionate accounts of their personal experiences. It was hard when collating them to not find myself in their stories. The booklet, Omata A Retrospective, was very well received during the opening of the hall and resulted in many requests for publishing a 2nd edition. Who knows, maybe one day.
