Description
Oral history recording. Born at Napier, Jacob (Jack) Randrup Moller (1891-1991) recalls his service during World War One at Gallipoli. Jack returned to New Zealand to become manager of the Riverlea branch of the Kaponga Dairy Company and later the Hawera and Tawhiti Dairy Companies before joining the Maori Affairs Department in 1956. He describes the flu epidemic of 1918 and his granddaughter, marathon runner Lorraine Moller, is also mentioned.
