A Plan attributed to the Alpha Flour mill in New Plymouth, subsequently determined to be a plan for a hand mill.
1) Technical drawing showing the workings of a flour mill, initially thought to be the plans for the Alpha Flour Mill, New Plymouth. Attributed to William Williams and annotated as such by his son John E Williams. May 3 1931. Photocopy made.
2) Photocopy of a letter to Mr John E. Williams from W. H. Skinner, chairman of the New Plymouth Museum Committee, undated re William Williams.
3) Postcard from Robyn Oliver in which she advises the above plan is not a drawing of Alpha, but a common hand mill, the use of which was prohibited in various countries (to protect the interests of large mill owners). July 1987
