Oral history recording. Harold Marsh (1915-2008) was the son of Allan and Violet Mars. He attended Hillsborough School then worked on the family farm before becoming a caretaker at Vogeltown School and finally working for Cambrian Engineering.
Harold talks about his grandparents Aaron and Emma Marsh and the family tree; life on the family farm on Egmont Road; his childhood and schooling; entertainments like dances, ham radio and silent movies; and the Hillsborough Dairy Factory between 1900 and 1934.
