1. Public Library at New Plymouth, Sheet No 1 - front and side elevations, ground and first floor plans, water coloured, signed by Frank Messenger 1907. Also signatures of Bellringer & Browne (for the NP Borough Council) and J W and A Boon (builders). Presumed to be part of the Messenger Collection donated by Ed Collins. Mounted on acid free matt.
