1) Eight volumes of Admission, Progress and Withdrawal Registers for St Joseph's Convent School, New Plymouth. Each volume records the pupil's name, date of registration, date of birth, name and address of parent or guardian, the last school (if any), progress through the school and finishes by noting the pupil's next school or remarks on leaving school. The eight volumes have been photocopied. One set of photocopies is included in this collection and the other set of copies is held by St Joseph's School, New Plymouth.
2) School fee payment record cards 1969 - 79. Notes parent names, years enrolled and in some cases fees paid. Arranged alphabetically.
3) Receipt books 1966 -68 (2 vols)
