A deed dated February 1856 attesting the settlement of land upon Mrs Honeyfield and Child: William Henry Honeyfield and his wife Sarah Mary Honeyfield (nee Barrett) to Revd Henry Hanson Turton and William Halse.
The land in question was part of Dicky Barrett's estate, inherited by Sarah on the death of her father Richard Barrett.
