Contract plan showing floor plan, elevations, sections and details of roof. Contract signed top right quadrant by E.W. Good (contrator), dated 10 June 1912. 'Passed subject to compliance with Hawera Borough Bylaws' written in bottom left quadrant, signed (signature illegible) and dated 14 June 1912. An adhesive label with 'G/35' written on it affixed to bottom left quadrant. Scale 8 feet to 1 inch.
