Public comments
The plans were done in 1914. The Ruawai Co-operative Dairy Company was formed in June 1914. Tenders were advertised by Duffill in September of the same year. The building still stands sadly in a degraded state. It was superceded by a new factory in the early 1950s. The Ruawai Co-operative Dairy Company closed for good in the early 1970s
