Contract plan showing floor plan, elevations, sections and detail of wash house. Contract signed bottom right quadrant by Wrong (builder), dated 13 June 1913. An adhesive label with 'E/14' written on it affixed to bottom left quadrant. Scale 8 feet to 1 inch. Pencil sketches for Ms. Sutton's residence in Hawera on reverse.
