Contract plan for the proposed additions to Eltham church showing West and East elevations, floor plan and sections. Contract signed top right quadrant by Fairhall and Rollason (for vestry), Gibb and Wills (contractors) and witnesses by J. Rough. Dated 7 September 1910. Also signed by J. Clere (architect) on 25 August 1910. Stamp for J. Clere bottom right quadrant. An adhesive label with 'G/11' written on it applied top bottom left quadrant. Scale 4 feet to 1 inch. 'All Saint's Church Eltham' written in pencil crayon on reverse.
