Born.1914 at Timaru. Gives personal backgound. Joined Holy Trinity Church, Fitzroy in 1950 when Maurice Richards was vicar. Served as Secretary to the Vestry, Lay Reader, Lay Officiants Association.

Talks of his association with Holy Trinity, Fitzroy. Vicar Terry Ellis, David and Jenny Pearce, the Opportunity Shop, Ken Alp - Choir Master and organist. Served as People's Warden and also Synods Person and served on Standing Committee. Talks of family roles in church, St Luke's Bell Block, St Mark's Lepperton. Also renovations to Holy Trinity, and various groups such as Young Wives and Merriland's Sunday School. Includes church outreach at Highland's Lodge, stewardship review and changing trend.
