Copy of a scrapbook created by Matarena Rau Kupa (nee Raumati) containing clippings relating to Te Kotahitanga Leisure Society in Taranaki. 1937-1952
While predominantly focusing on Te Kohahitanga, the scrapbook also contains the notice of Matarena's marriage to Pepe Rau, the obituaries of Matarena's father, Hamiora Raumati (1953), her father in law Ukinga Rau, also many Maori leaders, the return ofTe Rangi Hiroa (Sir Peter Buck), the death and tangi of Te Puea Herangi (1952).
