Copies of papers relating to Hulke's flax (Phormium tenax) gardens on Pendarves Street, New Plymouth. On one sheet (possibly part of the Land Title) is a plan showing rows of Phormium tenax, cultivated by Hulke, complete with their Maori names. The second sheet is a street plan showing the location of the sections.
