Oral history recording. Former Mayor of New Plymouth David Lean talks about his involvement with the Taranaki Savings Bank. He describes how his appointment to the TSB Bank Board came about, changes in the government's role and in technology, TSB independance, the Bank's 150th anniversary celebrations and bank sponsorship of community ventures.
