Description
Oral history. Alison Robinson talks with Ursula Symmans in early March 1990. Mrs Symmans died a few days later (16.April 1990). Originally from Christchurch, she talks of marrying Alf Symmans and coming to live on Finnerty Road. As a music teacher, she was active with choirs in the district and in particular, with the choirs before the 1913 union of Wesleyan and Primitive Methodists.
Part of a collection of interviews recording the history of the Eltham Co-operating Parish. An edited transcript is available. No abstract has been made.
