Description
Thomas Kingwell Skinner was the brother of William Henry Skinner. Like William, Thomas was an first generation surveyor in Taranaki, serving his apprenticeship under Octavious Carrington.
The collection consists of a letter book containing letters written by T. K. Skinner to various local people concerning survey work and two diaries, 1869 and 1872 recording daily entires relating to his survey work .
