Description
Jeanne van Gorkom has a life interest in adult education and learning, and works within various volunteer organisations. A member of the Friends of the Taranaki Museum Oral History Group, Jeanne conducted a number of interviews on the voluntary organisation SeniorNet, recording its formation and first four years of operation.
Mary Donald interviews Jeanne van Gorkom about her connections with SeniorNet, an organisation which promotes the use of computers and runs training programmes primarily for middle aged and senior people. The interview also records the reason why the SeniorNet project was developed and recording methodology.
