Description
References and testimonials in support of Rigby Allan's application for the position of Director of the Taranaki Museum and his conditions of employment. Also a letter to Allan offering him the position of Director and enclosing a schedule of duties and conditions of employment.
Rigby Thomas Ewen Allan (1908-1977) was appointed Acting Curator of the Taranaki Museum in 1959 and took up the position of Director on 1 November 1961, retiring in 1973.
