 Description
The collection consists of a deed of purchase between the Plymouth Company and the New Zealand Company for lands in and around New Plymouth (1840), with a folder bearing the title of the deed. Also four New Zealand Land Orders made out to Paul Fletcher of Dewsbury, Yorkshire. Each of these deeds consist of both original and counterpart and while signed and impressed with the New Zealand Company seal, the documents have not been cut.
