Description
A speech written and read by Mr Skinner at a meeting of the New Plymouth Historical Society on 10 Sept. 1945, gives a brief history of the development of postal services in Taranaki. Includes lists of early Postmasters for New Plymouth and other towns in Taranaki and the names of office-holders for various government agencies between 1872-1874.
