A photocopy of an agreement regarding land in the Waitara district - namely allotment 99 which is on the corner of Devon, Kairau, Lepper and Te Arei Roads. Maori translation. It is presumed that Tutu Rehama did not read of write in English as Charles Richard Brown has witnessed her signature and affirms the document was explained to her.
