A sermon preached by Archdeacon Gavin at the St. John the Baptist Church, Waitara on 11 October 1959. This was the last service held in the church before it was demolished on the 12 October 1959. The sermon outlines the history of the church and parochial district of Waitara from 1874 to 1959.
