Description
Coral Beadle researches the history of the 'Fleming House' in Rahotu, which is presumed to have been built by the Jeffries family around 1890. The purpose of the research is to explore the possibility of this being the birth place of Lord Ernest Rutherford.
The collection consists of notes taken during interviews with various local identities. It includes background information on informants, brief notes taken during interviews, conclusions reached and a list events which happened in the area
