Aerial view of Te Putake pa. Tihi visible in lower part of image. Many depressions visible; both rectangular and dimple shaped. Defensive ditches at rear. River at base of hillside on left and right sides. Located on the west side of the Mangatarata stream, Hāwera. NZAA site number Q21/7.
