Jacket
Description
A black and white striped jacket with two lines of red and blue running along the inner left edge of the white band. There are three bronze coloured buttons at the front and two cuff buttons, one of these is missing on the left arm. There is an embroidered monogram for New Plymouth Boys' High School on facing right chest pocket.

High
School
in
1924
and
1925.
His
brother
Cyril
remembers
the
school
uniform
beginning
to
incorporate
yellow
in
the
1930s
but
the
general
uniform
never
had
blue
and
red.
Cyril
was
not
in
any
teams
that
awarded
any
special
jackets
so
it
is
thought
this
jacket
is
an
Old
Boys
version.
