Photograph shows reconstruction of discovery of Ainsworth lintel. Shaun Ainsworth poses in the drain beside the edge of lintel which was protruding into drain in March, 1959. The lintel lies as found, in bed rediscovered during 1960 project. See publication 'Records of the Canterbury Museum Vol. VII No. IV.
