Dagger
Description
A cassowary leg bone dagger which uses a joint as a handle and has a shaft that has been shaped into a dull point. The handle has been modified with incised decoration and two drilled holes through which a sinnet braid has been threaded and which still remains in part. The surface is highly polished.
