Description
Two butterflies with colourings of orange and brown. Mounted with metal pins on a white piece of card and contained within a deep black wooden frame, interior sides coloured gold. White adhered label with black printed text beneath the top butterfly reads "Troides helena cerberus (MALAYSIA) / THE COMMON BIRDWING / [chinese characters and gender symbol (circle and arrow)". "Troides helena cerberus (MALAYSIA) / THE COMMON BIRDWING / [chinese characters and gender symbol circle and cross" printed in the same manner beneath the lower butterfly. "No 116 CA-11" is stamped and handwritten along the lower rear edge of the frame. Triangular metal hook at centre top allows for hanging. Rear of frame has a brown paper tape border sealing pale green card.
