Beetles, Framed
Description
A group of 15 beetles, varying shapes and colours, but predominantly green. Mounted on a white piece of card with metal pins and contained within a deep wooden frame, interior sides coloured gold. Three have handwritten labels as follows "GRASSY HILL / COOKTOWN. Qld. / 27.12.1990 / C.PRATT", "EAST JAVA" and " COOKTOWN Qld / a.2.1988 / C. PRATT". Round metal hook at centre top allows for hanging. Rear of frame has a brown paper tape border sealing pale green card. Some of the pins are protruding out through the back.
