Beetle, Framed
Description
A beetle striped green and black in colour. Mounted on a white piece of card and contained within a deep black wooden frame, interior sides coloured gold. Text is printed in black on a white adhered label "730 Lepidiota stigma" beneath the beetle. Stamped on the lower rear edge is "No 730" and "C" handwritten in blue marker pen. Triangular metal hook at centre top allows for hanging. Rear of frame has a brown paper tape border sealing a pale green piece of card. The label on this specimen is incorrect.
