Object detail

Credit line
The South Georgian diving petrel generally breeds on high open scree fields in subantarctic islands. However in New zealand the population breeds at sea level in sand dunes near the sub-tropical convergence. This is under investigation as it has been suggested that the New Zealand population is a separate species.
