A mounted watercolour by Thelma deLancy Green. An image of a house surrounded by a fence, with a tree to the left. Colours include black, white grey, yellow and red/brown. Signed in the lower right hand corner "Thelma deLancy" and underlined. The rear has a label which reads "143 ST AUBYN STREET, N.P. / Built for Capt.Holford (first / Harbour Master). Some of the / timber was from wrecked ships. / Over 100 years old. Demolished 1962."
