A botanical oil painting on canvas. The plant has leaves that are both bright green or autumnal browns and yellows in colour. It also has yellow olive-shaped berries in three distinct clusters that run vertically up the plant. Some of the berries are speckled with dark spots. There is a small cluster of tiny white flowers in the bottom right of the painting. The background is grey, beige and a pale blue/green. The plant species has been identified by Fanny as Karaka, also known by the classification Corynocarpus laevigatus.
