A red chain kidney plaster made up of a fine cotton, rectangular fabric which is stuck to a pink felt like fabric in a figure 8 shape. The pink fabric houses a poultice mixture. " FEELS GOOD ON THE BACK / JOHNSONS RED CHAIN KIDNEY PLASTER / MADE BY JOHNSON + JOHNSON SINCE 1886 " is written on the front in red and blue along with product information. " JOHNSON + JOHNSON, NEW BRUNSWICK NJ " is written in red below this. The original blue paper is also included.
