He has white hair, a white beard and is wearing a dark suit. A book shelf is just visible in the background. Bronze plaque middle lower frame reads as follows: "ANDREW CARNEGIE / 1835 - 1919. / GIFT OF THE CARNEGIE CORPORATION OF NEW YORK / 1935". Work is painted in dark brown / black hues. Framed in a large wooden frame. In fair condition.
