Stomach Contents, White-faced Heron
Description
Stomach contents of a white-faced heron preserved in formalin and contained in a clear glass phial with a white plastic screw on lid. Salmon pink paper label attached to neck of phial reads as follows: "notophoyx novaeholandiae / White-faced Heron / Tariki Rd Tariki / 6th May 1967" on one side and "Stomach contents" on the other.
This has been transfered to new clear jar with white lid. All information written on water proof paper and placed inside jar.
