A brown plaid Swanndri jacket with brown and green stripes. There is a zipper opening down the centre front, two lower flap pockets and one breast pocket on the wearer's right side. The lining is made of grey wool and has a pocket on the inside right-hand side. There are buttonholes at the sleeve cuffs with the buttons missing. The centre back has a band and buttons along the sides for adjusting the fit. The manufacturing label inside the back of the neckline reads: "100% PURE VIRGIN WOOL / PURE LAINE VERGE / MADE IN NEW ZEALAND / SWANNDRI / REG. TRADE MARK / DRYCLEAN / ONLY / XOS". It also bears the Swanndri logo depicting a swan and the New Zealand Wool logo.
