Description
A 500g " FERN " ghee tin. The tin is green with a circular body and an opaque plastic lid. The main body of tin is green with black, white and gold coloured text. " FOR BETTER COOKING / 500g NET / FERN / pure / GHEE / A PRODUCT OF NEW ZEALAND packed by the NEW ZEALAND DAIRY BOARD " is written on the tin. Arabic text also features on the tin as does a small gold-coloured image of a jersey cow and a bright yellow price tag is on the lid. "$4.95c" is written on the tag. Text in black on the underside of base reads: " AVERAGE ANALYSIS: MILKFAT 99.9%, MOISTURE 0.1% / PRODUCT OF NEW ZEALAND " is written on the underside of the base and is accompanied by more arabic text. " PRO18FEB00 / EXP17AUG01 " is pressed on the base. The tin is empty.
