Description
General plumage brown, mottled with golden buff on surface. Lower surface light brown. Head and nape brown with pale spots. Thin brown bars on side of neck and thighs. Long solid legs for swampland habitat. Longish slightly curved beak. Mounted on a rectangular piece of chipboard in a crouching position with feet together and forward with neck and beak facing skywards. In poor condition - tail and feathers of undersurface missing.
