Little Pied Cormorant (Phalacrocorax melanoleucos). Small tubby cormorant with a short, stubby bill, long tail and broad wings. Upper parts black. Upper wing coverts dark grey with broad black borders. Face yellow. White plumage on sides of head and throat. Naked part of throat yellow. Iris dark brown. Bill yellow. Legs and feet black. Presently unmounted but curve in feet and remnant nail? holes in feet indicate it was once mounted on a branch or something similar. Wings are folded closed. In fair condition.
