Description
A rectangular wall mirror with bevelled edges featuring a hand-painted photograph of Mount Taranaki / Egmont from the surveyors memorial at Churchill Heights above Western Park, New Plymouth. The memorial is in the foreground New Plymouth is in the middleground with Mt Taranaki / Egmont and Pouakai Ranges in the background. There is a 3cm band of mirror glass around the outside edge of the image. The mirror is fixed onto a wooden backing with six metal hooks and a chain is fastened to the back for hanging.
