World War II poster advertising the 3rd Liberty Loan. Plain paper with a head and shoulder portrait of a middle aged man with a surprised look on his face. A red and white speach bubble next to him reads: "WHO - ME?" Text (in red) above man reads: "YES! YOU!" Blue and red sticker over the lower section of the man's face reads: "ARE YOU IN? It's everybody this time!" Text then goes on to explain the terms for each 10 pounds. Bright red bold text at lower edge of poster reads: "3rd LIBERTY LOAN 35,000,000". Printed in small red text lower left edge: "C. M. Banks Ltd., Wellington" (manufacturer). 1943.
