Bellbird
Description
Bellbird (Anthornis melanura melanura). Small, slender bird. Predominently olive green changing to yellowish on belly and sides of body. Parts of head, especially forehead, crown and sides, glossed with iridescent purple. Wing and tail quills brownish black. Slightly curved bill. Mounted on a piece of untreated wood. In fairly good condition.
