Description
Light-mantled Sooty Albatross (Phoebetria palpebrata). Head sooty brown. White ring around eyes. Back and under surface brownish grey. Wings and tail dark sooty brown. Most of the tail feathers missing. Bill black, the groove in the lower mandible painted blue.
