Description
Glaxaias postvectis; Short-jawed Kokopu (trout) preserved in alcohol in a plastic container. Dark brown with lighter markings. Female. Presumably local - no data.
This has now been transfered to a large glass jar with fresh 70% ethanol and a white lid.

species.
They
appear
to
be
restricted
to
streams
with
native
vegetation
making
them
vulnerable
to
habitat
modification
