Description
An album containing twelve records of performances by the Philharmonic Society Choir of New Plymouth in the New Plymouth Opera House on 19 August 1952. The album is made from card which has been covered with aubergine coloured book cloth. It has a wide black binding on the spine. " HIS MASTERS VOICE " is marked on the front in gold along with the trademark image of a dog listening to a gramophone. The sleeves holding each individual record are made of brown card and all the records have handmade paper labels. Most of them have the names of the songs typed on them but a few have been handwritten.
