A black top hat made of silk "hatter's plush" with a black grosgrain hatband and binding along the brim. The brim curves slightly upwards along the sides. "Manufactured in England for Wallace & Gibson/Willis St., Wellington" is written on a label. " F.L Blundell " is written in pen on the inside.
