Thermometer
Description
A thermometer in a clear glass case with small silver-coloured mercury granules at the tip. " Floating Dairy Thermometer " is written in large red lettering on the side. The black numerical calibrations along the side are written in red. " Zero, Freezing, Churning, Cheese, Pasteurising, and Water/Boil. " There are two small corks inside the body. The thermometer is encased in a long cylindrical mauve cardboard case with a pull-off lid.
