Description
A wooden cheese press with a rectangular body on four legs and a heavy wooden lid. One set of legs is longer than the other so that the main body is on a lean. There is a wooden bracket on the lower end into which one end of the rectangular lid fits. The bracket is attached to a base with two metal nuts and bolts and there is a carved groove in the base to allow liquid to drain away.
